I heard about this on the radio all day today.
As long as the man was burning a vacation day, who cares? Philly is a dump and thats why there are so many murders. Whats this tool supposed to do? I know he is the mayor and all, but seriously...he can't stop these "people" that society has rejected from killing themselves.
